Frequently Asked Questions
Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, FAQ
The newly redesigned Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association website has a number of new features. The FAQ section of this website is here to provide baseline website support information to the TCCDLA membership. As always, if you have a question, please do not hesitate to ask – but we will be compiling reoccurring issues and their solutions, right here.
How do I reset my password?
Go to any page and in the top, main menu – click My Account. From the My Account page, underneath the Login button, click the ‘Lost your password?’ link. A new page will open and ask for your registered email address. Enter your email and click ‘Reset Password’ to kick of the reset process. Don’t forget to complete the simple math captcha! (It really helps keep spam accounts to a minimum!)
How do I get access to the TCCDLA Listserve?
First, you have to be an active member of the TCCDLA. Second, from the main menu – hover ‘Resources’, then select ‘listserve’. The form on the website gets sent directly to the manager of the TCCDLA listserve – Stephanie Patten. *Note: There is also a link to the listserve form in the footer of this website!
I’m using an iOS/OSX device and the site doesn’t appear to work
Out of date iOS/OSX operating systems have out of date Safari (browser) applications as well. If the website menus are not working, or any hyperlinks, the cause has been out of date iOS/OSX. There have been no reports of similar issues with Windows PCs or Android phones.
